30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@aninail.com promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@aninail.com.
